SHIPPING
The Printer we use ships to the following countries and territories:

Due to our Printer’s control over packaging and shipping methods, ninewhitestones.com collects flat rates for shipping and tax. With Retail pricing in place, there is NO CHARGE for shipping and tax per order for all orders to US addresses. We will cover shipping and tax. There is a $15.00 flat-rate shipping and tax fee per order for all orders to International addresses. Based on this flat fee, after subtracting out tax, we will select the fastest possible shipping method offered by the Printer to your location. If there are additional local duties, customs, and taxes that apply, these must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
For addresses in more remote locations, please expect additional time for delivery.
Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Printing and binding takes 4 to 5 business days. Then your order ships. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Packaging and shipping of orders within the US usually takes between 3 and 12 business days. Shipping to international addresses can be considerably longer.
Pre-orders:
There will be a period of time before a book is submitted to the Global Retail Network. During this time, we can take pre-orders which can be at a substantially reduced price compared to retail. These orders will not be processed or shipped until after the designated release date, which will be stated in the product’s description, but which is subject to change at any time.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
However, if you received a damaged or defective product, we will be glad to make it right.
The Printer we use packages and ships orders with great care.
